Tod Lewis
Tod Lewis has been representing consumers for twenty-five years. Tod is a 1998 Honors graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology – Chicago-Kent College of Law. Tod’s priority is to protect clients who have had their rights violated by businesses using federal laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and state laws such as the Texas Debt Collection Act (TDCA).
Tod began his professional career in 1990 after graduating from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) degree while working full-time as a waiter and bartender. Tod also passed the rigorous Certified Public Accountant exam. Tod attended law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology while working full-time as a licensed CPA. Tod is a first generation college graduate. Tod’s humble working class background gives him a humble perspective on the challenges faced by hard working families every day. Tod lives in Austin with his wife Carrie and two children, Blake and Amanda.
